Sometimes the only thing that will calm Nora down or hold her attention is a little Gwen Stefani. Who am I to begrudge her that?

Actually, I'm glad it's not Barney. Or even Baby Einstein. Or...Insane Clown Posse.

No. It proves that she is MY niece. I have never seen a more perfect imitation of Bliss face. Plus she has never seen bliss face, proving it must be instinctual. I can't say anything more as there is no sound (for me at least)
