When your adorable daughter morphs suddenly and inconsolably from this:

sometimes all you can do is grab the camera and document the transformation.

Lisa: pre-training

We started having Nora sit on the potty every once in a while long before attempting any kind of concerted potty training. I like to think it helped lay some groundwork, but who knows? I'm pretty sure she just liked having the undivided attention of whoever came in to tell her stories while she was sitting there--in this case, Uncle Jeff.
